A super easy way to add extra nutrition to your food

SOD or Superoxide Dismutase is a protein and our fifth most abundant enzyme. It's also in every cell of our body. Together with catalase it turns harmful free radicals into stable oxygen and water, which makes it a an age reversing enzyme. Where ever you might be at risk for free radical damage-arthritis and wrinkles to name only two-you need SOD.
So where do you get this wonderful but strange sounding enzyme? Well you could go out and nibble on the grass in your yard but that would be a little strange for your neighbors to see. A much easier way and the one I use is this: Go to your local health food store and buy some organic wheat, rye or spelt seed-also called berries. Soak them in water overnight then drain and let sprout until the sprouts are about 2 inches long and growing into grass. Make sure to rinse these sprouts a couple times a day to keep fresh. When they are at ready just dehydrate them and then grind them. You can then sprinkle this over your food or add to your bug out bag Sprouted wheat berries are concentrated nutrition! Check them out.
